Welcome to the world of www.globalhaat.com. It is a multi purpose Free Directory. Here you can find manufacturers, sellers and traders as well as service providers of all kinds. Presently, this Free Directory is providing the following services free of cost: 1. Classified Advertisements, 2. I/ We want to sell, 3. I / We want to buy, 4. Matrimonial, 5. Website links and 6. Company listings. The first four services are for one month and the entries will be automatically deleted after a month. But you can place your entries again. The last two services are free for five years. You can always edit your entries. Or can delete and place the same entry again using the same login. This site is also providing a unique service in the ‘Jobs’ section.

REGISTRATION 

On the left side of the Home Page of the side there are six yellow buttons. The second button is ‘Register Here’. Click this button. A panel will open. Fill this up. This panel requires two email addresses apart from you own email address. When you fill up the form and click the ‘Submit’ button, two kinds of mails will be sent. One welcome mail will go to you from the site and one mail will go to each of the email addresses provided by you. Please note that the welcome mail sent to you will be from the website side and will be the first and the last email. The website will not send you any other mail except its occasional newsletter. This site presently does not have any newsletter. This website will also not provide your email address to any unauthorized person. Moreover, one mail each to the two addresses provided by you of your friends will be sent in your name. No other email will be sent to these email addresses.

PUTTING INFORMATION ON THE SITE

To put your information on this directory, first register yourself and create your Login and Password. For this purpose click the “Register Here” button on the Home Page. A panel will open. Put the required information there and create your Login and Password. You can change your personal details or password any time you wish. If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the Home Page and this web site will send you your password on the e-mail address you provided to the site.

CATEGORIES AND SUB CATEGORIES

First it is necessary to have an idea of Category and Sub Category as all information on this site is listed in the form of Category and Sub Category.
Suppose you are a manufacturer of pens. There are other manufacturers of pencils, copies, ...etc. Now MANUFACTURER will be your main category and pens, pencils, copies and .... etc will be your Sub Categories.
Please note that with a single Login, you can enter as many entries as you wish and can update or delete them as well.

HOW TO PUT YOUR INFORMATION ON THE SITE

All information on this site is put in different Categories. Each Category has one or more than one Sub Category.

Putting information on this site is simple and easy.

First, go to the Home Page.

Put your Login and Password.

A page will open.

On this page click “Add New Entry” link.

A form will open.

On this form, choose your Category and Sub Category.

And put the required information in the concerned fields. And click. When you click, a form will open asking you payment for the service you are using. Ignore this, as presently all services provided by this site are free.

The information put by you will reach the site. The information will be displayed on the site within a maximum of three days.

IF YOUR REQUIRED CATEGORY OR SUB CATEGORY IS NOT IN THE LIST

In the ‘Category’ field, there is a list of Categories. You can choose your required category from that list. But if your required category is not in the list, you can create your required category. There is a field in the form where you can create new category. If you create a new category, please  create a sub category as well. Because this website stores information in the form of sub categories. If your required category is in the list, but not your required sub category, you can easily create the required sub category. For this purpose, first choose your category and go to the field to create the new sub category.

CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENTS

If you wish to put CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENTS on the site, after creating the Login, visit your My Menu. Here click “ Add New Entry” link and choose CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENTS as your category. See the Sub Category list. If your required Sub Category is there, select it. Otherwise, create the needed Sub Category of your choice. When you submit the information a link will open asking you for the charges. Ignore it as presently all services on the site are free. The CLASSIFIED ADVERTISEMENTS is for one month. The entry would be deleted after one month. But you can place the advertisement again by using the same Login.

If you wish to put any information on this site under I/WE WANT TO SELL Category, create the Login and visit your My Menu. Here click “Add New Entry” link and choose I/WE WANT TO SELL as your category. See the Sub Category list. If your required Sub Category is there, select it. See the Sub Category list. If your required Sub Category is there, select it. Otherwise, create the needed Sub Category of your choice. When you submit the information a link will open asking you for the charges. Ignore it as presently all services on the site are free.Link on the  WEBSITE DIRECTORY is for five years. You can make changes to your information by using the same Login.

COMPANY LISTINGS

If you wish to place information about your company on this site, create a Login and visit your My Menu page. Here click “Add New Entry” link and choose Category. If your required Category is not there, create one. Then see the Sub Category list. If your required Sub Category is there, select it. Otherwise, create the needed Sub Category of your choice. When you submit the information a link will open asking you for the charges. Ignore it as presently this services on the site is free for five years. You can make changes to your information by using the same Login.

JOBS

The Jobs section of this website is very unique. This website intends to gather all kinds of service providers at one place. We intend that the job seekers and job providers should have direct interaction with each other without the interference any body else.

On My Menu there are many links. All of them are self explanatory. Here we are concerned mainly with the link: ‘Entry in Jobs’. Click this panel and a new panel will open. This panel shows ‘New Job Entry’ on the top left. Then there is an entry by the name of ‘Category’. The value of this entry is ‘Jobs’. Below that there is an entry by the name of ‘Sub Category’

In front of this entry there is a panel. This panel shows all the categories of jobs. If you click any of the Jobs Sub Category and click ‘Submit’ button. You will become member of the group of that Sub Category. Any mail sent to members of that group will reach you as well. You can become members of as many groups as you need.

You may have noticed that there is a big rectangular panel on this panel. You can write here anything for remembrance. Below the panel, there are four things. 1. Date. Which is the date of you becoming member of a group. 2.Sub Category: It will show the name of the group of which you have become member. 3. Details: This box will show what you have written for your remembrance. And 4. There is a red cross. If you wish to leave a particular group, just cross it and you are out of that group.

But what if there is no required Category? As already explained, the above panel will show you all the Jobs categories listed on this site. But what if there is none of your required category? No problem. There is a plus sign with the legend ‘Add New Sub Category’. This is your tool for the purpose. Just click it. A panel opens. Write your required Sub Category name and hit the ‘Submit’ button. The Job category will be immediately created. Become its member.

For sending mail, click the blue button ‘Jobs’ on My Menu and a panel ‘Job Seekers’ will open. This panel shows many group names. Click any one of them. A panel will open. This panel has two fields of ‘Subject’ and the ‘Message’. Write your message. When you click the ‘Submit’ button the message would reach all the members registered in that particular group. You will also be able to see the message sent.

But presently there is no option to amend the message. You can send another message. There is also no limit on the number of characters of the message. But in future some limits will be placed.

Moreover, attachments, pictures or links also are not available. The message would reach all members of the group. It would carry the email address of the sender. If anybody of that group requires the job he/she may contact the advertiser. Even the group members can communicate among themselves.

ADVERTISEMENT OPPORTUNITIES ON THE SITE AND ITS RATES

There are many advertisement opportunities on the site. The advertisement rates on this site are most reasonable. There are seven banners of different sizes where you can place your advertisements. 1. Top Right Banner of 426* 60 pxls. 2. Bottom Middle Banner of 426*60 pxls. 3. Bottom Large Banner of 728*90 pxls. 4. Left Upper Banner (Sky Crapper) of 120* 600 pxls. 5. Left Lower Banner (Sky Crapper) of 120* 600 pxls.6.Right Upper Banner (Sky Crapper) of 160* 600 pxls.7.Right Lower Banner (Sky Crapper) of 160* 600 pxls. All pictures should be in GIF or JPEG files.
